Rocky Mountain Psychological Services

is a busy, child-specialized psychology clinic in Calgary
dedicated to providing high-quality formal assessment, counselling services and
neurofeedback training for children, adolescents, and families. We have been
serving the Calgary area and neighboring communities for over 25 years.

As we expand our services, we are looking to welcome a

Registered Occupational Therapist (OT)

to join our growing multidisciplinary team.

Position Overview



The Occupational Therapist will provide assessment and intervention services for children and adolescents experiencing challenges with motor skills, sensory processing, self-regulation, daily living skills, feeding and oral motor skills, and other areas impacting their participation at home, school, and in the community.

Key Responsibilities



Conduct OT assessments and produce professional reports Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide direct therapy to children and adolescents (in-person and/or virtual) Collaborate with psychologists, families, teachers, and other professionals Support parent education and coaching Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Attend team meetings and participate in case consultations as needed

Qualifications



Registered and in good standing with the

Alberta College of Occupational Therapists (ACOT)

Experience or strong interest in working with

pediatric populations

Familiarity with sensory processing, fine/gross motor development, executive functioning, and emotional regulation strategies Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently while being part of a multidisciplinary team Liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
