Responsibilities:
Provide professional nursing care in client homes on a scheduled or as-needed basis.
Conduct health assessments and monitor client conditions.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and health care aides to ensure quality care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client care and visits.
Follow Alberta Health Services (AHS) and professional nursing standards.
Qualifications:
Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA).
Current CPR and First Aid certification.
Clear Criminal Record Check (including Vulnerable Sector Check) required prior to employment.
Experience in home care, community care, or geriatric nursing is an asset.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and on a flexible, occasional basis.
Schedule & Compensation:
Occasional / part-time (flexible scheduling depending on client needs).
