As a Registered Nurse, you're dedicated to providing reassurance and comfort to clients and their families. Partnering with your Care Designer, you help craft a high-quality care experience that meets each client's unique goals.

Duties and Responsibilities



You create Happier Aging experiences by delivering client-centered care in home and community settings. You take full ownership of the client journey, doing whatever it takes to bring peace of mind to clients and their families, in line with our Brand Promise. You provide thorough nursing care and assessments within your professional scope of practice as outlined by the Code of Conduct. You maintain open communication with your Care Designer, sharing any opportunities to enhance your client's experience and care. You respond promptly to scheduling inquiries and updates from the Care Services Center (CSC) within agreed-upon timelines. You practice safely and competently, always staying within the limits of your knowledge and experience, as guided by the Code of Conduct. You act as a leader and positive representative in your community. You use mobile apps and email to ensure all communication and documentation related to client care is accurate and up to date.

Requirements:



Two positive professional references Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) with certificate Minimum 1 year RN experience, home health care experience is considered an asset Ability to travel independently to client visits CPR and First Aid Certification Exceptional written and verbal communication skills We provide care 24/7, so visits may be scheduled early morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight to meet our clients' needs.

Education Requirements:



Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or Bachelor of Nursing (BN) degree from a CNO-approved university or college Be registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) Valid certificate of registration from the CNO CPR and First Aid Certification Valid driver's license

Experience Requirements:



Strong computer skills, proficient in G-Suite: Gmail, drive, docs, calendar Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Intentional organization, planning, time management and multitasking skills Customer service and leadership background considered an asset Background or Criminal Record Check with a Vulnerable Sector Search Negative TB test
