Job Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient care and demonstrate exceptional clinical skills. As an RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in various settings, including hospitals, clinics, and home care environments. Duties



Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team. Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and treatment plans. Perform phlebotomy and laboratory tests as necessary. Maintain accurate medical records using electronic health record systems such as Epic or Cerner. Assist with pain management strategies for patients experiencing acute or chronic pain. Deliver specialized care in pediatrics, senior care, dementia care, or home care settings as required.

Skills



Proficient in medical terminology and medication administration. Strong knowledge of case management principles and practices. Experience in acute care settings with a focus on patient-centered care. Familiarity with electronic health records systems (Epic, Cerner) is preferred. Ability to provide compassionate nursing care in various environments including hospitals, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and home care settings. Experience working with children or providing pediatric nursing is a plus. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively. A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with nursing best practices.
