Facility: CYPRESS REGIONAL HOSPITAL
: The Registered Nurse will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care.
The Registered Nurse is responsible for promoting the Mission, Vision and Values of the Cypress Health Region through provisions of safe quality nursing care to clients. He/She is responsible to the Manager of the designated area.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Nursing
Registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association (SRNA)
Must obtain ACLS certification within six (6) months.
Critical Care Nursing Course
Experience
Minimum two (2) years acute care experience within the last five (5) years, is preferred.

Applicants need to obtain ACLS within 6 months of accepting position. The successful candidate is responsible to obtain and provide an original Criminal Record Check (CRC) & Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) from their local police service, RCMP or previous country/countries of residence that is dated within the past six (6) months that is satisfactory to the Saskatchewan Health Authority. Internal candidates may be required to provide a CRC & VSC during recruitment and selection process.

Hours of Work: Shift Information: Days, Evenings, Nights, Weekends
298.72 hours per 8 week rotation: 24 shifts of 11.78 hours, 2 shifts of 8.00 hours
