Summary:

As the Staff Registered Nurse / Charge RN you will work in with a multi-disciplinary team, and closely with physicians, residents and their families.  As the Staff RN / Charge RN you’ll participate in planning, assessment and interventions while ensuring that the residents over all well-being is taken care of while they receive safe, quality care.


Skills: 
As a Staff Registered Nurse / Charge RN you are an excellent communicator and able to successfully facilitate strong leadership, team building, change, and resource management. As the Staff Registered Nurse / Charge RN you are an excellent role model providing patient centred care and you are able to facilitate mentoring and teamwork. As well, you demonstrate clinical competency, problem solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
Location:  Lethbridge, AB

Qualifications:
 
You are a graduate of a recognized school of Nursing and actively registered to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Province of Alberta with CARNA / College of Registered Nurses of Alberta.  A BScN and Gerontology certificate are preferred. Current CPR and First Aid is required. Experience working with the elderly and disabled. Must love seniors.  Computer skills required.
