Ecostep is looking for add field staff to complete assessments for residential customers across Ontario for the HER+ program. We have a high demand from our industry partners for audits. EcoStep\'s administrative team contact, qualifies, and schedules all clients for the HER+ program. The office admin team is the primary contact for all energy assessment scheduling inquiries, service issues or conflicts. We also provide exceptional customer service and manage the smooth day-to-day scheduling of our field team. This leaves our advisors to focus on doing what they do best. Data collection through onsite audits and advising our clients using their expertise in the energy conservation field. You will have an opportunity to use your skills, advise clients, and assist in helping preserve our resources while helping people at the same time. Registered Energy Advisor Responsibilities:
Conduct basic energy assessments in residential settings following program protocols and standards
Complete detailed and accurate data collection and measurements and submit accurate and complete reports in a timely manner
Interact with homeowners answering questions regarding energy efficiency, HER+ programs and other related topics
Adhere to assigned schedules and arrive on location in a timely manner
Provide a high level of customer care and service
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:
Certified Energy Advisor certificate is an asset (but not required)
Ability to work independently or as part of a team minimal supervision
Professional demeanor Excellent verbal and written communication, highly organized, attention to detail with a positive attitude and interest in the energy and environment sectors
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
Access to a personal vehicle
Valid Ontario driver\xe2\x80\x99s license, full G required
Compensation, Competitive salary and full company benefits are available for the right candidate
