Job Overview: We are seeking a passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for working with children and creating a nurturing learning environment.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the educational, physical, and social needs of each child - Provide a safe and stimulating environment that encourages children to explore and discover - Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns - Utilize computerized tools for record-keeping and educational activities - Foster a positive learning experience through play, art, music, and other activities - Monitor and assess student progress to provide ongoing guidance
