Registered Early Childhood Educator
Job Description
We are currently looking for experienced registered early childhood educator in good standing with the CECE or degree from a recognized college or University for our toddler program. We are a licensed childcare centre. The Centre accommodates 34 children. The Educator will work under the supervision of the Child Care Director and will be responsible for the safety and well being of the children. As part of a team, the Educator will prepare, develop and implement child care programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional and social well-being of the children all while ensuring their safety at all times. The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:
-1-3 experience working in childcare
-Current Police Record Check
-Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate
-A Negative TB Test and up to date immunization records
-Flexible and reliable
-Able to work independently as well as part of a team
-Knowledge of How Does Learning Happen? And CCEYA
