Come join our team! At Hide and Seek Christian Academy, we believe that faith and learning go hand in hand. Our unique approach combines the principles of Faith, Montessori, and Play-based learning (F.M.P.) to create a nurturing environment where all children thrive. We are looking for individuals that can start by Monday, September 29th, 2025.

We are looking for dedicated passionate Registered Early Childhood Educators with passion for children and faith to work with children. We are specifically looking for a JK/SK teacher (class of 9 children with one educator) and a Preschool Teacher to join a group of amazing educators. We work 8 hour shift Monday to Friday.

Faith is very important to us as we educate our children on Christian beliefs and values. We need individuals that can help in contributing to both education lessons and the readings of the bible. We will only be looking at candidates that have their RECE and/or qualifications and experience to get Director Approved.

Duties

Daily prayer start our days Weekly worship with all classrooms Creating outdoor adventures Create and implement engaging lesson plans Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for children Foster children's social, emotional, and cognitive development Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers Toileting and Diapering Utilize classroom management techniques to ensure a productive learning atmosphere

Requirements

- Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Experience working with young children
- Proficiency in English to effectively communicate with children and parents
- Knowledge of computer operations for educational purposes
- Strong leadership skills to manage classroom dynamics effectively
- Familiarity with special education practices is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
