Responsibilities:
Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans for young children
Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through engaging activities
Maintain open and effective communication with parents and families
Assess and monitor the progress of each child and provide individualized support as needed
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning community
Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials
Follow all licensing regulations and maintain accurate records
