Duties:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and lesson plans for children in the early childhood program. Knowledge of How does Learning Happen and Play base program.
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child's developmental needs.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, documenting observations and maintaining records.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns or updates.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
Experience:
- Previous experience working in early childhood education or a related field is preferred.
- Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to plan lessons, manage classroom activities, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in computer operations to utilize educational software or programs as needed.
