Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about educating young children and creating a nurturing learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the educational needs of each child
- Create a safe and supportive learning environment for children
- Provide individualized attention to each child
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress
- Utilize various teaching methods to engage children in learning activities
- Maintain accurate records of each child's progress
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Previous experience working with young children
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Knowledge of special education practices is beneficial
- Proficiency in computer operation
- Excellent time management skills
