Registered Early Childhood Educator
Job Description
We are looking for a Registered Early Childhood Educator to join our team on a temporary 1-year contract! We are a local daycare with an infant, toddler, and preschool program, as well as a before and after-school program. We offer a competitive wage with benefits and sick hours.
Responsibilities:
-create a welcoming environment for children to explore and grow
-encourage each child's individuality and independence
-observe and evaluate development milestones
-light cleaning duties
-possibility of preparing lunch and snacks
-planning interest based learning experiences
-able to sit, stand, bend, be inside and outside
*First Aid and CPR Level C required
*Vulnerable sector check within last 6 months required
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary: $37,970.00-$65,050.00 per year
