Registered Early Childhood Educator

Job Description
- We require a PERMANENT Registered Early Childhood Educator in our School Age program beginning as soon as possible. Hours on a full day (i.e., school summer holidays) would be 6:30 am to 3:30 pm and hours for a school day are 6:30-8:30 am and 1:45-5:45 pm. The rate of pay is $22.59 per hour, plus $2.41 an hour wage enhancement for applicable hours.
- Early Childhood Education Diploma or Degree
- Registration and good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators
- Current CPR/Standard First Aid
- Current Criminal Reference Check for the Vulnerable Sector
- Proof of up-to-date immunizations (tetanus, etc.)
- Letter of clear health from Health Care Practitioner
- Knowledge of CCEYA and HDLH
- Experience with kinder and school aged children in a licensed childcare center
- Experience with children with special needs
- French not required
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
