Job Overview

We are looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator to nurture and support the development of young children during their most formative years. The ideal candidate will create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that fosters social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth in children from 30 months to 5 years of age.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and educational activities aligned with early learning standards. Foster a warm, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment where all children feel safe and valued. Support children's development in language, motor skills, and social-emotional growth. Observe and assess each child's progress and maintain accurate developmental records. Communicate effectively with parents/guardians about children's progress, behavior, and needs. Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and safety according to health and safety regulations. Encourage positive behavior management and conflict resolution strategies. Collaborate with other educators and staff to plan programs and share best practices. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Early Childhood Education Valid ECE license/registration (as per regional requirements). First Aid and CPR certification. 5 Experience working with young children in a childcare or early education setting. Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills. Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children and other women

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of play-based learning and early childhood development frameworks Familiarity with inclusive education and working with children with special needs.

Work Environment:

Childcare centers, preschools, or early learning programs. Indoor and outdoor classroom settings. Active and physically engaging environment with frequent interaction with children.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.50-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
