Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Early Childhood Educator to join our team. Rates start at $24.86/hr, with opportunities to earn up to $29.00/hr inclusive. We are looking for candidates with a strong background in classroom management; extensive experience in this area will be reflected in your compensation.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that meets the developmental needs of children. Foster a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and creativity. Assess and monitor children's progress through observation and documentation. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational programs and share best practices. Provide support for children with special needs or disabilities, ensuring an inclusive classroom setting. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends.

Skills

Proficient in English. Strong background in childcare and early childhood education. Experience working with children, including those with special needs or disabilities.
