Duties:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities for children in the early childhood education setting.
- Create a safe and nurturing learning environment for children to explore and grow.
- Provide individualized attention and support to meet the unique needs of each child.
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through engaging and interactive experiences.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and enriching educational experience.
- Maintain open communication with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress and development.
- Monitor and assess student progress, documenting observations and providing feedback as needed.
- Utilize technology, such as computer operations, to enhance teaching and learning experiences in the classroom.
Requirements:
- Experience working with young children in an educational or childcare setting.
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices.
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage classroom activities and materials.
- Ability to educate and engage children through creative teaching methods.
- Special education experience or training is beneficial but not required.
