is looking to hire a brand new team of Early Childhood Educators!

White Oak Creek Childcare Centre

is currently accepting applications for full time position of

RECE

in all age programs, from qualified and motivated candidates. This position starts December 2025 to train and set up classrooms, opening in January 2026.

What will you be doing:



As a

Registered Early Childhood Educator

, you will work side-by-side with other teachers and families to provide a home away from home for children in our care. Responsibilities include:

Take the lead in developing and implementing a program in line with Creek Childcare's curriculum that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional and social development of children Plan and maintain an environment that protects the health, security and well-being of children. Observe and assess the abilities, interests, and needs of children and discuss progress with parents, guardians and supervisor Establishing collaborative relationships with co-workers, management, and families. Attending staff meetings and professional development opportunities as required. Working to maintain cleanliness and organization of classroom materials. Adhere to all centre policies and procedures Follow all guidelines according to Ministry of Education CCEYA and "how does learning happen" pedagogy

Qualifications



Applicants must have a current Vulnerable Sector Check from the Regional police (within the last 6 months) Applicants must have a Current CPR/ First Aid Certification Good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators Strong interpersonal skills to gain trust and respect of children and their parents Demonstrate skills working as a team and enjoy a team environment The ability to maintain confidentiality at all times Fluent oral and written English language communication skills;

Additional information:



This is a full-time position. Schedule: Monday to Friday. All shifts between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm, for a total of 9 hour shifts with an hour of unpaid lunch. Closed all Statutory Holidays.
