Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their development through engaging educational activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a solid foundation in early childhood education principles, ensuring that each child receives the attention and support they need to thrive.

Duties

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development in various domains including cognitive, social, emotional, and physical. Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster positive relationships and ensure a collaborative approach to education. Observe and assess children's progress regularly to tailor educational experiences that meet individual needs. Maintain accurate records of children's development, attendance, and behavior. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational program and share best practices. Lead classroom activities that promote teamwork, leadership skills, and problem-solving abilities among children. Utilize computer operation skills for administrative tasks such as lesson planning, record keeping, and communication with parents.

Experience

A degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred. Previous experience working in a childcare setting or as an Early Childhood Teacher is highly desirable. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to guide and inspire young learners. Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with children and parents. Familiarity with educational technology and the ability to integrate computerised tools into teaching practices is a plus. A genuine love for working with children and a commitment to their growth and development.
