Summary

We are seeking a Registered Early Childhood Educator to join our team. This role is pivotal in shaping our children's learning experiences and supporting their holistic development. You will contribute significantly to our mission of providing a nurturing environment that fosters growth and wellness.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging curriculum tailored to children's developmental needs and interest. Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment for all children. Collaborate with parents and staff to support each child's learning journey. Conduct assessments to monitor children's progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly. Provide guidance in behavior management and social skills development. Organize activities that promote physical, emotional, and cognitive growth. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and implementing our Program Statement. Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

Diploma in Early Childhood Education. Registered Early Childhood Educator with the CECE. Experience working with young children in an educational setting. Strong understanding of early childhood development principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create a positive learning environment through effective classroom management. Knowledge of How Does Learning Happen. Must have Standard CPR/First Aid level C and Vulnerable Sector Check no older than 6 months.
