Springbrook Montessori Academy is seeking a passionate and dedicated
Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE)
to join our childcare team full-time. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing, inclusive, and engaging environment where children can learn and grow through play-based experiences.What You'll Do:
Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities aligned with How Does Learning Happen?*
Provide a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment for children Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues Observe, document, and assess children's development and progress Ensure compliance with the
Child Care and Early Years Act (CCEYA)
and licensing requirements Collaborate with team members to support the goals of the programWhat We're Looking For:
Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) in good standing with the College of ECEs Strong understanding of child development and early learning principles Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills Current Standard First Aid & CPR-C certification Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) required
Reliable transportation to and from work
Willingness to work flexible hours

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.75-$24.86 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
