Summary

We are seeking a Registered Early Childhood Educator to join our dedicated team at our daycare in the heart of our community. This role is crucial in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment that supports children's growth and development through the HDLH approach.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging curriculum tailored to individual learning needs. Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff. Monitor and assess children's progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly. Provide support for children with special needs through individualized approaches. Facilitate early intervention strategies to promote developmental milestones. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational practices and outcomes. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of early childhood education trends and best practices.

Qualifications

Valid certification as a Registered Early Childhood Educator. Proven experience working with young children in an educational setting. Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and methods. Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with children and parents. Ability to create lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles. Experience in behavior management techniques. Familiarity with special education practices is a plus. Passion for nurturing children's growth and fostering a love for learning.
