Registered Care Aide (RCA) - Live-In / Live-Out

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Care Aide (RCA) to join our dedicated team. The role involves assisting clients with daily living activities, companionship, and maintaining their comfort, independence, and well-being. Both live-in and live-out options are available.

Registered Care Aide certification or nursing background. Minimum 3 years of professional caregiving experience (mandatory). Proven skill in mobility support, transfers, and personal care. Compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered attitude. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Flexibility to work both live-in and live-out shifts.
