We're searching for a Regional Sales Representative with hustle, confidence, and a hunger to break new ground. This role is perfect for someone who's ready to roll up their sleeves, build relationships from scratch, and drive real growth.
Responsibilities
Initiating outreach to healthcare organizations and decision-makers through high-volume calls and smart prospecting
Booking and supporting client meetings in the U.S. alongside the Regional Sales Manager
Following up on inbound or "warm" leads and turning interest into action
Tracking activity, managing pipelines, and maintaining accurate records of sales interactions
Blanketing your territory with strategic outreach, your phone is your power tool
Qualifications
A competitive, goal-oriented mindset as you live for targets and love exceeding them
2-3 years of outbound sales experience (B2B or B2C; healthcare is a bonus, not a must)
Strong verbal communication skills and an engaging phone presence
Ability to travel to the U.S. for meetings and client visits (passport required)
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM tools to stay organized and on top of your numbers
A post-secondary diploma or degree is helpful, but your attitude counts just as much
You're able to report onsite to office in Richmond Hill, ON
