As we continue to expand our footprint in Canada, we're looking for a driven Regional Sales Representative to own and grow the Ontario & Manitoba territory, representing Screenco to some of the region's most influential window and door manufacturers.
Position Summary
We're seeking a high-energy, relationship-focused sales professional who is passionate about growth. Whether you're an emerging sales star looking to take on a bigger territory--or a seasoned fenestration pro with deep industry ties--you'll play a key role in expanding Screenco's presence across Ontario and Manitoba.
The RSR will manage existing accounts, develop new business, and act as a trusted technical partner to customers. You'll be the face of Screenco in the field--connecting market needs with our operations, engineering, and product development teams.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Drive growth across Ontario & Manitoba by expanding market share and identifying new revenue opportunities.
Build strong, consultative relationships with OEMs, window/door manufacturers, fabricators, and distributors.
Prospect aggressively--cold calls, plant visits, networking--to build a strong pipeline.
Deliver compelling presentations, demos, and value-focused proposals to new and existing customers.
Territory & Account Management
Own your territory: create business plans, track performance, monitor trends, and stay ahead of competitors.
Maintain a regular customer visit schedule (travel approx. 40-60% within Ontario & Manitoba).
Attend key trade shows and industry events to represent Screenco and strengthen the brand.
Support customers through troubleshooting, and product knowledge as needed.
Customer Support & Technical Expertise
Become a subject matter expert on Screenco's full product portfolio.
Partner with customer service, engineering, and inside sales to resolve issues quickly and professionally.
Gather insights from the field to support continuous improvement and product innovation.
Strategic Account Management
Nurture and grow relationships with major accounts in the region.
Negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines.
Support onboarding and smooth integration of new accounts, ensuring they receive world-class service from day one.
Qualifications & Experience
Required
3-5+ years of success in B2B sales (fenestration, building materials, construction, or manufacturing preferred).
Proven ability to manage a large geographic territory and build long-term relationships.
Strong technical aptitude--comfortable discussing fabrication, installation, and component functionality.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Solid business acumen, including margin management, quoting, and forecasting.
Preferred
Existing contacts or experience selling to OEMs, window/door manufacturers, or fabricators.
Familiarity with ERP/CRM platforms
Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
Other Requirements
Must be based in the GTA (territory includes Ontario & Manitoba).
Valid driver's license and passport (occasional travel to Western Canada or U.S. trade events).
