Meyer Service & Supply Ltd. is looking for an experienced individual to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager for Western Canada. Our ideal candidate is one who possesses strong interpersonal and organization skills, has a passion for learning, and has a keen interest in technology/scientific equipment. Accountabilities: As the Regional Sales Manager for Western Canada, you will be responsible for the sale of the company\'s products in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. This involves contacting existing and potential clients to discuss their needs, uncover any pain points, and proposing solutions to alleviate those pain points.

  • Uncovering and identifying new business opportunities and seeking competitive market intelligence through lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails
  • Maintaining strong relationships with our customer base and developing high value relationships with potential clients
  • Supporting the team with accurate records regarding lead status, proposal implementation, sales calls, quotations, and follow-ups using our CRM system
  • Maintaining up-to-date expert-level knowledge of our products and services
  • Arranging visits with clients to ensure adequate coverage of the territory
  • Attending seminars, tradeshows, and other industry functions
  • Conducting virtual and on-site sales demonstrations
  • Other sales-related tasks, as necessary
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • University Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Marketing, or College Diploma with relevant experience in food packaging or quality assurance instrumentation
  • 3-5 years\' experience in a B2B sales role
  • Proficiency with MS Office/Teams, Zoom, or similar platforms
