Purpose of Role: The Regional Sales Manager is responsible to lead, grow, develop, and support a dynamic Sales team covering both Aftermarket and Capital sales in support of the Spools, Hoses and Integrated Solutions businesses. They are also responsible for setting and meeting sales budgets and delivering on strategic initiatives by implementing sales targets/objectives and monitoring to ensure growth is achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Focus Area: Directly support assigned customers as well as manage and support a team to identify and close new business opportunities.
  • Focus Area: Makes outside sales calls as needed to develop working relationships.
  • Focus Area: Interfaces with Customer Service, Manufacturing, and Engineering to assure timely customer solutions and product delivery.
  • Focus Area: Provides input/output updates, quarterly forecast and annual budgets, as well as input to strategic planning and the business as an active member of the Oil Sands/Hard Rock Mining/Comminution Leadership Team.
  • Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.


Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
  • Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered for candidates that have the ability to perform the objectives above.
  • Bachelors degree (engineering/technical)
  • 5+ years of experience with technical sales and sales management
  • Similar industry experience is preferred
