Purpose of Role: The Regional Sales Manager is responsible to lead, grow, develop, and support a dynamic Sales team covering both Aftermarket and Capital sales in support of the Spools, Hoses and Integrated Solutions businesses. They are also responsible for setting and meeting sales budgets and delivering on strategic initiatives by implementing sales targets/objectives and monitoring to ensure growth is achieved.
