As a Regional Sales Consultant, Inside Sales, for the Prairies territory (Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba), you utilize strong knowledge of the Life and Health Insurance industry, and Desjardins Insurance products and services to proactively support the advisor community within the assigned territory. Your key responsibilities are to cultivate and maintain business relationships, generate new sales, and find new opportunities to grow existing business to help reach and surpass sales and activity targets. Importantly, you ensure advisor satisfaction and service quality in accordance with the organization\xe2\x80\x99s standards and procedures. You will also drive results by reviewing complex requests and help promote and sell products and services based on client needs. In partnership with your Regional Sales Director(s), you work with advisors who have development potential, analyze their client needs and help develop and implement personalized solutions. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential.
