Position Overview: Regional Operations Manager
Edo Japan is looking for a hands-on Regional Manager to support our growing network of restaurants. This key leadership role focuses on providing strong operational guidance, supporting franchise partners, and ensuring consistent performance across multiple locations.
You'll help drive operational excellence, support new restaurant openings, and strengthen day-to-day performance across the region. This added role will help balance workloads and ensure every Edo Japan location receives the dedicated support it needs to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Support & Problem Solving
Identify and resolve day-to-day operational challenges quickly and effectively.
Analyze P&L reports and coach franchisees to improve financial performance.
Conduct performance assessments and provide actionable feedback to drive results.
Leadership & Franchise Relations
Provide ongoing coaching and operational support to franchisees, ensuring alignment with Edo Japan's standards.
Conduct regular store visits and audits, setting SMART objectives and tracking follow-up actions.
Support new store openings as needed, ensuring operational readiness.
Foster strong, collaborative relationships with franchise partners and their teams.
Planning & Communication
Maintain a well-organized schedule and clear priorities across assigned territories.
Communicate regularly with the Director of Operations to align on goals and initiatives.
Document key updates and insights from franchise visits to ensure continuity and follow-through.
Territory Management & Performance
Drive overall performance by helping franchisees execute effective business and marketing plans.
Monitor and support consistency across all locations, ensuring adherence to Edo Japan's policies and guest experience standards.
Promote operational excellence and sustainable growth through continuous improvement and support.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Regional Manager, Multi-Unit Manager, or Senior Franchise Consultant within the quick-service restaurant industry.
Demonstrated experience in opening new restaurant locations and executing market expansion strategies.
A track record of successfully managing P&L statements, budgets, and operational performance.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate franchise partners.
A strong understanding of food safety, sales forecasting, and effective training methods.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle are required.
