Position Summary:



The individual in this role will have the opportunity to manage the operations, primarily focusing on operational audit across Ontario locations. By driving sales and collaborating closely with franchisees and the marketing department, they can effectively contribute to the overall success of the brand. This position will also involve working in partnership with franchisees, including optimize efficiency and supporting growth initiatives.

Required Skills



Education in Food Service and Management 3+ years of Franchisee operations management experience in QSR. Impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Available for travel during weekend. Must to know driving, including Class 5 license availability.

Essentials Functions



Operational Inspections Across Ontario Locations. Working inside the kitchen as part of training and assessment. Training Staff during audit Develop operational procedures. Understanding and functionality to drive the sales for the restaurants. Hands-on experience to manage the QSR restaurants. Ensuring Quality Control Standards, including Food and Safety Standards. Analyze data (SOS, Guest Feedback, and, profitability) to identify operational opportunities and apply problem-solving methodology to create training solutions for franchisees across Canada. Develop and manage relationships with Restaurant teams and owners Work with other departments like marketing and supply chain to manage the restaurants efficiently. Monthly meetings with operating restaurants as a part of Franchisee and Relationship Management program.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities



Human Relations - ability to work in teams, interact with others across departments/roles, develop relationships, etc. Good understanding of Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Self Management - self-directed with the ability to deal with distraction, repetition, prioritization, fluctuations in workload, ambiguity, etc. Mathematical - knowledge of basic math (addition, subtraction, multiply, divide and percentages).

Communication - excellent written, verbal, organizational and communication skills.

Time Management - the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and execute efficient work processes. Operations Management - knowledge of principles and understanding of QSR industry. Knowledge of food raw materials, manufacturers, producers etc. Problem Solver - ability to problem solve and develop solutions to a variety of complex problems by comparing, classifying, innovating, analyzing, coordinating, copying, etc. May refer to established precedents and policies.``

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
