ABOUT THE POSITION The Regional Marketing & Digital Specialist reports to the Regional Director, Sales & Marketing and plays a critical role in successfully executing the coordination of various marketing strategies within a specific region or regions. This role requires the ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines, while communicating effectively with internal business partners as well as community partners and vendors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Website/ILS/Online Presence - 40%
  • Managing Rentsync, Rhenti and Internet Listing Service (ILS) platform(s) and updates; coordination, communication
  • Website and microsite maintenance, information audits, pricing adjustments and ensuring accuracy of information
  • Managing Lead Management System; call tracking, email tracking
  • Kijiji My Business; execution of weekly/monthly bump up and top ad schedules

Digital Marketing \xe2\x80\x93 30%
  • Execution of paid and organic social media strategy
    • Social media post creation & scheduling, including messaging, image creation, and preparation
    • Social media feedback monitoring & triaging
  • Execution of Digital management Strategy
    • PPC campaigns
    • Display advertising campaigns messaging, image creation, and preparation
    • Editorial campaigns
  • Email newsletter and eblast content creation
  • Email contact list maintenance
  • Blog writing and editing; ensuring posts are distributed according to social calendar scheduling

Marketing Inventory Management \xe2\x80\x9310%
  • Creation of site and/or region-specific collateral items
  • Managing and reordering of required marketing collateral

Vendor Relationships & Community Partnerships \xe2\x80\x93 10%
  • Day-to-day vendor relationships (quotes, ordering, PO & invoice management)
  • Coordinating project timelines, deliveries, and installations with 3rd party vendors
  • Building and maintaining relationships for community partnerships for resident VIP program

Event Coordination \xe2\x80\x93 10%
  • Research, planning, and coordination and of sales/leasing and resident events; including open houses, resident programming, seasonal & launch events with execution support as required

JOB REQUIREMENTS Education and Experience:
  • A diploma/degree and/or related experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, including functional digital experience
  • Exposure to design software would be an asset
  • Exposure to multi-residential or other related industry would be an asset
  • Strong Computer and software skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Email, ILS, Social Media platforms).
  • Knowledge of Yardi, Rentsync and Rhenti would be an asset
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed

  • Ability to speak other languages is considered an asset.
