The role and responsibilities
B2B Campaign Execution
Plan, design, and launch
multi-channel campaigns
aimed at
driving partner engagement
, generating
qualified leads
, and
building new sales pipelines
Work closely with sales and brand teams to align messaging with
business goals
Build
targeted email and landing page funnels
that guide professional audiences toward action (form fills, event registration, demo requests, etc.)
Email Marketing & Automation (Mailchimp)
Create visually polished and strategically crafted
B2B email campaigns
Segment lists by audience type (medspas, clinics, retailers, etc.)
Leverage automation for nurturing and reactivation sequences
Graphic Design & Visual Messaging
Design creative assets for email, campaigns, print materials, and digital ads
Translate brand/product messaging into
clear, business-friendly visuals
Maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms and materials
Landing Pages & Web Support
Build and manage
conversion-optimized landing pages
(product promos, sign-ups, etc.)
Collaborate on website updates related to new offerings or campaigns
Ensure
messaging clarity, mobile responsiveness
, and lead capture performance
Social Media & Paid Post Boosting
Create and boost
Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok posts
designed for a
professional audience
Work with internal teams or influencers to build product credibility and visibility in the B2B space
Video Marketing
Produce short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, training content) to highlight product usage, business value, and brand differentiation
Support video-based campaigns for
lead generation and partner educationLead Generation & Tracking
Use tracking tools to
monitor lead quality, engagement, and conversions
Identify trends and opportunities to
optimize future campaign performance
Build simple reporting dashboards to share insights with the team
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or campaign management
Experience in a
B2B or professional services setting
(skincare/beauty industry preferred)
Strong hands-on skills with
Mailchimp
, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and social platforms
Confidence creating landing pages, email automation flows, and visual content
Experience producing
short-form marketing videos
Understanding of
B2B buyer behavior
, funnels, and the professional skincare space
Detail-oriented with a creative mind and excellent time management skills
