As a Digital Marketing Content Specialist, you will lead the content and creative development across all owned and paid digital communication channels. Your goal will be to bring strategic vision to life by collaborating closely with the Marketing & Agency team--guiding concepting and copywriting efforts while contributing to impactful digital experiences through compelling design, photography, and video assets. Your Responsibilities:Consistently monitor digital trends to propose innovative ideas and develop content and concepts that will increase engagement, support business goals, meet performance metrics and satisfy customer needs within the digital space
Collaborate with the internal agency team of copywriters, designers, photographers and videographers to create on-brand, on-trend content for all digital channels
Write content to meet the specifications and industry standards for all digital communication and advertising channels
Share digital content knowledge to support the growth and development of the Agency Services team
Gather information during client meetings to inform content recommendations for web, digital and video assets
Understand the company's digital channels and strategy, including website, email, paid media and apps
Act as a subject matter expert in the Brand Organization for digital channel content, best practices and industry standards for paid and company owned digital channels, including websites, apps, SERP, advertising
Understand and make recommendations to improve/enhance the UX for all paid/owned customer communication flows
Collaborate with the Loyalty, Web, Media and Digital Experience teams to understand strategy, capabilities and function for owned and partner digital channels
Your Skills:Proven ability to thrive in creative, collaborative, and data-driven team environments
Strong multitasking skills with experience managing multiple digital marketing campaigns simultaneously
Expertise in SEM and SEO strategy and writing, with hands-on knowledge of key SEO platforms
Deep understanding of UX standards and trends, with the ability to translate insights into engaging digital experiences
Analytical and results-oriented mindset, focused on testing, optimizing, and scaling successful content
Skilled at solving technical and strategic roadblocks to maintain momentum on complex projects
Your Experience:Over 5 years of experience developing branded content strategies and assets across digital, marketing, and agency landscapes
Demonstrated expertise in creating high-performing digital content for platforms like Meta, Google Ads, and YouTube, with a focus on SEO and UX best practices
Proven track record of producing results-driven corporate content, supported by either formal education in digital marketing or equivalent hands-on experience
