They are now seeking a Regional Manager to oversee multiple franchise locations across the Greater Toronto Area (West). This role is ideal for a collaborative, business-minded leader who thrives on helping franchise partners succeed - not by policing standards, but by coaching, guiding, and empowering them to grow their business and deliver outstanding guest experiences. The successful candidate will be based in or near the GTA West and will travel regularly within the assigned region, with occasional visits to head office.

Description
Franchise Partnership & Business Growth
Act as a trusted advisor and liaison between franchise partners and the corporate team, ensuring strong two-way communication and alignment.
Work directly with franchisees to analyze business performance and identify opportunities to improve sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
Guide franchisees in developing local marketing strategies, optimizing operations, and managing costs effectively.
Use financial insights and P&L analysis to help franchisees understand their business levers and implement actionable improvement plans.
When audits or assessments occur, focus on solutions - helping franchisees understand root causes and create achievable, sustainable action plans.
Leadership & Coaching
Build authentic, long-term relationships with franchise owners based on trust, transparency, and collaboration.
Lead through influence, encouraging operational excellence while fostering entrepreneurial spirit.
Provide personalized coaching to elevate business performance, leadership capability, and guest satisfaction.
Promote a positive culture rooted in integrity, teamwork, and community engagement.
Operational Excellence & Strategic Planning
Ensure brand standards are met while supporting operational innovation and continuous improvement.
Maintain structured regional plans with clear priorities, visit schedules, and follow-up actions.
Document key interactions and ensure consistent progress tracking with franchisees.
Support successful new store openings, ensuring franchisees are equipped for long-term success.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of multi-unit leadership experience, ideally in the quick-service or fast-casual restaurant sector.
Strong financial and P&L acumen, with the ability to interpret data and coach franchisees toward stronger results.
Proven ability to build relationships and influence business owners in a franchise environment.
Collaborative communicator with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
Experience developing and executing local store marketing plans.
Knowledge of food safety, operational standards, and customer experience metrics.
Willingness to travel frequently throughout the GTA West region and attend corporate meetings as required.
