We are looking for Regional Crown Prosecutor to join our community.

Regional Crown Prosecutor responsibilities include:

  • Prosecuting criminal cases on behalf of the government in the Provincial Court of Alberta
  • Conducting legal research and writing legal opinions
  • Appearing in court to argue cases
  • Negotiating plea agreements with defence counsel
  • Drafting and filing court documents
The ideal candidate will have experience with researching and identifying potential voters. They will also be able to work independently and be detail-oriented. If you are looking for an opportunity to make a difference in a fast-growing company, this is your role!

Regional Crown Prosecutor skills:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree
  • 2+ years of experience in criminal law
  • Excellent research, writing and analytical skills
  • Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
  • Familiarity with security systems and data analysis
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Analytical and detail-oriented
  • Able to work independently
  • Strong interest in data security
