The Regional Manager, Asset Protection is a strategic business partner directly responsible for protecting the assets of the Company by leading all Asset Protection efforts within region by focusing on Team Development, Business Partnerships, Brand Protection, Firearm Safety, Profit Enhancement, and Theft/Fraud elimination.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Attracts, Develops, Coaches, leads, and retains a group of direct and in-direct report
s that drive the AP initiatives that support the companies' direction.
Sets strategies for their region to ensure the safety and security of people and property. Focus on Business Partnerships, Brand Protection, Firearm Safety, Profit Enhancement, and Theft/Fraud elimination.
Drives Inventory shrink reduction to minimize or eliminate bottom line loss in retail.
Drives improved AP execution in the region through data analytics, partnership support, tactical planning, and leadership.
Drives Asset Protection Awareness and accountability to promote collaboration and assistance to protect employees, guests and bottom line.
Communicates consistently with key stakeholders to identify issues, resolve problems, inspire execution, and coach appropriately.
Develops partnerships with Senior Store Management, Regional counterparts and Corporate leaderships.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
Preferred Degree: Bachelor's Degree in Business or Criminal Justice from an accredited institution
Certificate(s) or License(s): National certified training program (Wicklander-Zuwalski or Reed training)
Experience: 6 - 8 years
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY
Demonstrated experience conducting and closing retail investigations in person and remotely
Experience in using physical security systems (CCTV, EAS, etc.)
Ability to lead, train, motivate and provide guidance to remote teams
Experience conducting quality reviews/audits
Cultivate and develop strong relationships
Ability to travel and lead store visits
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
Approximately 50%

Regular computer work, and sitting
Occasional walking, standing, and lifting
INDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT:
