Regional Admin. Associate (T)

What do we do?

Bell Technical Solutions is a wholly owned subsidiary of Bell Canada that specializes in the installation of Bell services, including home phone, Internet and Fibe TV. Together, our 6000+ employees work diligently to provide Canadians with the necessary technology to connect and communicate with their family and friends from across the country and the world.

What is the opportunity?

As a member of the Field Operations team, you will collaborate with the Senior Manager and Field Operations Managers to support corporate values and objectives. The Regional Associate provides functional support to the Senior Manager, is a primary point of contact for communications related to their region, and controls administrative processes related to the region's teams of employees and business assets.

What will you do?

  • Prepares documentation; collects, analyzes, organizes and tracks a wide variety of data related to all employees in the business unit and assets allocated to the region
  • Completes and distributes various forms and reports, including duty schedules, vacation lists, and asset lists (tools, vehicles, telecom)
  • Responds to inquiries and provides information on behalf of the Senior Manager to internal associates in various departments
  • Resolves and follows up on business issues related to the movement of employees and assets(tracking) in the region
  • Performs data entry in SAP and other various platforms
  • Coordinates business meetings, events, and special projects
  • Audits and process expenses, invoices, and purchase orders
  • Coordinates the Senior Manager's schedule and appointments as required and tracks scheduling for various work centers in the region
What do you need to succeed?

Must-have
  • Minimum three (3) years experience in an administrative function
  • Proficient with MS software (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, Access);
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Superior organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
  • Able to work under pressure, account for results, and meet challenging deadlines
  • Able to work with a diverse workforce and interact professionally with all levels of the organization
  • Able to work with limited supervision in a team environment
Nice-to-have
  • SAP experience is an asset
  • Financial administration experience is an asset
  • Post Secondary certificate in a business discipline is an asset
