We are looking for a talented, responsible and energetic Regional Account Manager

to deal with our EAST COAST Accounts. This is a 100% in-office role, and the shift is at Monday to Friday, 9:00AM EST - 5:00PM EST.



The successful candidate will manage the designated accounts and provide post-sales functions, oversee property performance rates, analyzing inclination and declination of the accounts' competence, execute retention strategies while also contributing to sales and customer relationships within the designated area. The main scope of this role is nurturing existing client relationships, conducting market research, analyzing sales data, and preparing management reports. This role demands strong communication, high-level account management and competitive sales approach.

Job Responsibilities:



The roles and responsibilities listed below are of but not limited to, and whilst the company expands, applicants must understand extension or further responsibilities which will be agreed upon by both the employee and employer.

Act as a liaison between Guestable and existing clients to determine the processes necessary to achieve unified outcomes. Execute a high-level post-sales function to ensure account retention and good relations with clients. Coordinate with the team to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Execute sales responsibilities to contribute to the sales team. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive growth and profitability. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives. Prepare and present reports on account status, sales performance, and market trends to the sales manager and other cross-collaboration teams. Stay up to date with industry developments, competitors, and market conditions to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
Basic Requirements

3-5 years of experience in Account Management

and

Sales with competitive communication skills. Energetic, drive, strong-team player, and a self-starter with knowledge in Sales related softwares. (CRM, HubSpot, Slack/Asana, Airtable and Gmail)*
Must be able to work in Canada legally and can provide employment documents. Ability to work in the office 100%, with shift Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:00PM EST.

Pay: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
