Regional Account Manager:



ServiceMaster Restore is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented

Regional Account Manager

with excellent communication and organizational skills. As a member of the business development team, you will be responsible to pursue and develop business relationships as a key representative and liaison with industry stakeholders within the region.

This unique role requires a combination of sales, account management and brand marketing functions.





Position Summary:

The Ontario Regional Account Manager will identify, pursue, and cultivate business relationships within the regional territory to drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness. This individual will represent ServiceMaster's Corporate Office and the ServiceMaster Restore franchise group, executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives. Through strong relationships and exceptional service, the Regional Account Manager will contribute to the expansion of ServiceMaster's presence across the region, working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.


What you will do:

Develop and execute a strategic sales and business development plan that aligns with regional and corporate objectives. Actively pursue opportunities to expand relationships with insurance companies, brokers, and commercial clients. Promote ServiceMaster Disaster Restoration services and key program initiatives to target markets. Facilitate resolution of account disputes and ensure smooth program account management. Build strong relationships with franchisees, customers, and partners to enhance loyalty and drive revenue growth. Organize and participate in industry events to support marketing initiatives at the regional and national levels. Coordinate regional client training sessions, including continuing education (CE) programs. Monitor and report on account management activities, sales performance, and marketing efforts on a monthly basis. Leverage CRM tools to track customer engagement and ensure accurate data management. Align regional sales strategies with budgetary goals, managing promotional and marketing expenses effectively. Support Regional and Corporate Meetings, workshops, and other key business activities. Ensure proper tracking and reporting of account assignments, sales results, and marketing initiatives.


What you will bring:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development. Successful completion of sales training programs. Industry knowledge of restoration, property insurance, or claims is an asset. Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and self-management abilities, with a high level of self-motivation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms. Enthusiastic, energetic, and punctual with a customer-first mindset. Must possess a valid driver's license and vehicle, with a willingness for regular travel. Proven experience in damage restoration and/or insurance claims management preferred.

Cette personne tres motivee executera des initiatives de developpement des affaires qui s'alignent sur les objectifs de vente dans la region dans le but d'augmenter les revenus.



Taches et responsabilites essentielles :



Conduit toutes les activites conformement aux objectifs corporatifs de ServiceMaster Plan strategique de developpement des ventes/des affaires et execution Travailler en etroite collaboration et efficacement avec l'equipe de restauration apres sinistre Promouvoir les strategies commerciales de DR et les initiatives de programme cles Maximiser les efforts avec les compagnies d'assurance, les courtiers, la gestion immobiliere et les marches de garantie Gere tous les comptes de programme et facilite le reglement des differends jusqu'a leur conclusion Assure le suivi des affectations de comptes, des rapports et des resultats des ventes Organiser et participer a des evenements lies a l'industrie pour soutenir les activites de marketing regionales et nationales Promouvoir et coordonner les opportunites regionales de formation des clients et d'autres sessions de formation continue (FC) connexes Aider aux reunions regionales de HO et a d'autres ateliers lies aux affaires Fournir une mise a jour mensuelle sur la gestion des comptes, les activites de vente et de marketing, les reunions et les evenements/fonctions de l'industrie Utiliser la base de donnees de contacts clients (CRM) prise en charge par le siege social Responsable d'aligner, de coordonner et de maintenir le budget Gerer efficacement les depenses promotionnelles et marketing
