Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our client relationships within a designated region on behalf of our support team. You will leverage your expertise in account management and business development to drive growth and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with clients. You are a relationship builder, and as part of our service team you will also work closely with Sales.

Responsibilities

Maintain and support existing client portfolio. Provide product support and tutorials to clients. This is a service driven position that requires visits to clients- Provide in-person support to dealerships when needed within your area. You will also be required to attend events in your area. Identify sales opportunities in a well-defined target marketplace. Assist with nurturing campaigns for existing and potential clients. Identify human resources and health & safety compliance requirements and key goals. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the region. Identify new business opportunities and drive sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets. Prepare product demonstrations, and proposal documentation to assist the sales team to close business deals as needed. Compliment and maintain relationships within target and related verticals, and with industry partners, to develop new opportunities and communicate our value proposition with the focus on long term revenue growth. Assist with the resolution of software service requests. Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform strategic planning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service to clients. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing product offerings and solutions. Provide ongoing support and training to clients, ensuring they are fully utilizing our products/services.
Skills

You have customer service experience and/ or sales experience. Automotive industry and/or SAAS experience are an asset. Proven experience in account management with a focus on building long-term relationships. Strong understanding of market dynamics and the ability to analyze data for informed decision-making. Excellent initiative, organization, time management, communication, and presentation skills. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to negotiate effectively. Be a team player and willing to dynamically work in a fast-paced and changing environment. Experience meeting goals with minimal supervision is essential. Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail. Valid driver's license and ability to travel periodically. Fluency in French is an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $48,000.00-$68,000.00 per year
