Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled professional with a Red Seal Plumbing/Gas Fitting ticket to join our team. This role offers a mix of fieldwork and office duties, including estimating, sales, and marketing.

Our Services Include:

Strata Co-Op Services Preventative Mechanical Maintenance Programs Plumbing, Heating, and Gas Fitting Services Drain Cleaning, Air Conditioning, and Boiler Repairs TV Video Pipe Inspections Hot Water Tank, Furnace, and Boiler Replacements Backflow Testing High-Pressure Power Flushing Sump and Pump Installations Sewer Cleaning and Repairs
Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair plumbing, heating, and gas systems. Inspect, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical issues. Perform maintenance tasks as part of preventative programs, including cleaning mechanical equipment. Identify causes of mechanical issues and provide effective solutions. Create material take-offs for orders and make local vendor trips if needed. Consult with clients to address concerns and offer solutions. Complete detailed service reports, both written and digital. Provide excellent customer service and clear communication.
Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of BC plumbing and gas codes, hydronic heating systems, boilers, furnaces, and plumbing materials. Familiarity with boilers, furnaces, pumps, basic electrical systems, and air conditioning. Reliable, presentable, and personable, with strong sales, marketing and organizational skills. Proficient in computer use for reporting and communication. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
