Job Summary:

The Ideal Candidate must have have a valid and up to date 306A Red Seal Plumbing License.

- Must be self motivated and reliable, able to work independently and be a team player.

- The plumber will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of plumbing systems and strong troubleshooting skills.

Please Note: Since we are location in Hammond, Ontario, we will welcome applications from candidates based in the area as well as the greater Ottawa area. Applicants from outside this area will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures. Collaborate with general contractors and other trades. Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies. Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems. Lay out, assemble, install, and maintain plumbing systems. Read blueprints to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal, and water supply systems. Ensure compliance with plumbing codes and regulations. Troubleshoot and repair issues related to plumbing systems, including identifying leaks, clogs, and other plumbing problems. Provide cost estimates and time frames for installations and repairs. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; plumbing certification or license required. 306A Plumbing license (Red Seal) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
