Our client, an engineering firm, is looking for a dynamic Recruitment Specialist to join their team and contribute to their growth.Your Mission:Reporting to the Vice President & General Manager, you will be responsible for technical recruitment in engineering for offices located in Montreal, Edmonton, Toronto, Vancouver, St. John, and Moncton.Your Responsibilities:- Identify, attract, and recruit engineering talent through various platforms and professional networks
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle: job posting, proactive search, candidate selection, interviews, and hiring follow-ups
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and setting up work tools
- Handle administrative management of employee files, including contracts, leaves, benefits, and HR database updates
- Promote employer branding and share job opportunities on social media
- Collaborate with managers to align recruitment strategies with organizational needsDesired Profile:- 2 to 5 years of recruitment experience, ideally in a technical or engineering context
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new digital tools quickly
- Ability to work in a hybrid model and collaborate across multiple time zones (no overtime required)Language Requirements: English
- Required proficiency level: Advanced
- Reason for language requirement: 50% of recruitment roles are for other provinces
