In addition to conveying cargo in line with top tier industry standards, RST also provides emergency response and training services throughout Atlantic Canada.RST is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of HR/Recruitment Specialist, based in Edmundston, New Brunswick.Key Responsibilities:Driver Recruitment:

• Lead all driver recruiting activities for Sunbury Northern NB & RST Quebec;
• Liaison with operations to ensure that hiring forecasts are current;
• Build referral networks and candidate pools through your network, social medial and external networking sources;
• Plan, coordinate, and execute Driver Appreciation events;
• Lead Northern NB settlement activities for international drivers and their families.

Human Resources:

• Plan and execute Driver Appreciation Events & Initiatives;
• Manage new hire check-ins and onboarding\xe2\x80\x8b;
• Manage employee relations with support and coaching from HR Director;
• Oversee Sunbury North & RST QC Disability Management Claims;
• Employee Engagement Survey Collections.

Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate French, written and orally are mandatory.
• Successful completion of post-secondary education.
• 2-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in full-cycle recruitment is required;
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to facilitate meetings with internal and external parties.
• Strong organizational skills demonstrating excellent attention to detail.
