Role and Responsibilities
:
Fully integrated into the team's activities, you will be trained in the entire recruitment process for a population of specialist engineers.
As a Recruitment Officer, your responsibilities will be to:
Gather recruitment requirements
Write, publish and update job offers
Analyse and select the applications received
Source candidates on various platforms (LinkedIn, career sites)
Contact candidates and answer their questions
Conduct phone screenings
Coordinate interviews between the candidates and the business managers
Follow up on the applications
Update our database
Participate in meetings and propose innovative ideas to improve the recruitment strategy
Collaborate with the team on various recruitment and HR projects and support them on the daily tasks
Contribute to the team's success in achieving its objectives

Role et responsabilites
:
Totalement integre.e aux activites de l'equipe, tu seras forme.e a l'ensemble du processus de recrutement d'un population d'ingenieurs specialises.
En tant que Charge.e de Recrutement, tes responsabilites seront de :
Recueillir les besoins en recrutement
Rediger, publier et mettre a jour les offres d'emploi
Analyser et selectionner les candidatures recues
Sourcer les candidats sur differentes plateformes (LinkedIn, Indeed, site carriere)
Contacter les candidats et repondre a leurs questions
Conduire les entretiens telephoniques de pre-selection
Coordonner les entrevues entre les candidats et les business managers
Assurer le suivi des candidatures
Mettre a jour notre base de donnees
Participer aux reunions et proposer des idees innovantes pour ameliorer la strategie de recrutement
Collaborer avec l'equipe sur divers projets en recrutement et en ressources humaines et les supporter sur les taches quotidiennes
Contribuer au succes de l'equipe dans l'atteinte de ses objectifs
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
:
You are
currently enrolled in a higher education institution
and will be completing this
internship as part of your studies
You have completed or will be completing degree in
Human Resources
or equivalent
You have excellent written and spoken communication skills in both
French and English
You have a sense of service, both to the candidates and to the team
You have a dynamic, creative personality who is keen to learn and develop their skills

Qualifications requises

Tu es
actuellement inscrit dans un etablissement d'enseignement superieur
et tu effectues ce
stage dans le cadre de tes etudes
Tu as complete ou tu completes actuellement une formation dans le
domaine des Ressources Humaines
ou equivalent
Tu as une aisance a communiquer, a l'ecrit et a l'oral, en
francais et en anglais
Tu as le sens du service, aussi bien aupres des candidats que de l'equipe
Tu as une personnalite dynamique et creative, qui souhaite apprendre et developper ses competences
