Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead and optimize our talent acquisition strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end recruitment, employer branding, and talent acquisition analytics. They will work closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to attract top-tier talent while ensuring a seamless recruitment process. Primary Duties and Responsibilities 1. Talent Acquisition & Hiring Strategy: • Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract, assess, and hire high-quality candidates.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior and mid-level positions across multiple departments.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical and niche roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria.
2. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience: • Enhance the company's employer brand through job fairs, social media, and employee engagement programs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
• Leverage LinkedIn, job portals, and employee referrals to attract top talent.
3. Process Optimization & Analytics: • Continuously improve recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate).
• Implement HR tech solutions (ATS, AI-driven recruitment tools) for process automation.
4. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management: • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists.
• Work closely with HR, department heads, and leadership to align hiring needs with business goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.
Knowledge and Skills Required • Proven track record in hiring for mid to senior-level roles across different functions.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems, ATS platforms, and recruitment technologies.
• Expertise in headhunting, talent mapping, and passive candidate engagement.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and optimize recruitment processes.
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have): • Experience in diversity hiring.
• Certifications in Recruitment, HR Analytics, or Employer Branding.
• Experience in global hiring and remote workforce recruitment.
Experience • 10-12 years of experience in corporate recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
Education • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
