CPA Ontario is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive

Recruitment Coordinator

to support our current team and play a vital role in ensuring a seamless recruitment and onboarding experience. Balancing coordination, administration, and hands-on recruitment, you'll provide critical support to recruiters and hiring managers while managing full-cycle recruitment for roles below the manager level. This is a unique opportunity to blend process excellence with people impact -- helping to build strong teams and create an exceptional candidate and new hire experience.


What You'll Be Doing:

Coordinating & Reporting

- Maintaining and generating recruitment reports, metrics, and dashboards (weekly, quarterly, ad hoc); update tracking sheets, organizational charts, and support budgeting and forecasting for the recruitment function.

Recruiting & Onboarding

- Leading full-cycle recruitment for junior roles, managing agency partnerships for temporary hires, and coordinating onboarding logistics, from first-day readiness to offboarding.

Administering & Streamlining

- Posting vacancies, preparing and tracking offer letters, overseeing due diligence checks, coordinating interviews and assessments, and maintaining job descriptions and recruitment documentation.

Partnering & Supporting

- Providing back-up to recruiters on open roles, coordinating with HR colleagues to ensure smooth hand-offs, and delivering presentations or training as required.

Innovating & Improving

- Contributing to automation and process enhancements across the recruitment function, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and an elevated candidate experience.


Who You Are:


A post-secondary graduate in human resources or a related field, preferably with a CHRP designation in progress or completed, which is considered an asset.



An experienced professional with 3+ years in high volume recruitment and administration, including full-cycle recruitment.



Technically skilled in MS Office applications including Teams, and SharePoint, with expertise in creating and maintaining reports and metrics.



An excellent communicator who builds strong relationships and collaborates effectively across all levels of the organization.



Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive -- a problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes initiative to improve processes and results.
