WORK ILLUSTRATION:
The Campus Program Recruitment Coordinator reports to the Manager, HR Business Services, and is responsible executing the organization's co-op hiring program to attract and engage top student talent. In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal business units, cultivate strong partnerships with post-secondary institutions, lead campus recruitment activities, and champion a positive candidate experience that reflects with Toronto Hydro's purpose and strategic pillars.
The incumbent is expected to behave ethically and follow the established code of business conduct, policies and internal control procedures, laws and regulations governing Toronto Hydro.
