Position: Recruitment and Human Resources Advisor / Industrial Sector
Location: Boucherville
Salary: $70,000 to $82,000 + annual bonus around 10%
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on-site

Under the direction of our Director of Human Resources, you will play a key role in the staffing process while supporting our teams in Quebec and Ontario.Your role:As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, and talent management within the company. You will develop talent search strategies, manage the entire recruitment cycle, and coordinate the integration of new employees. Additionally, you will actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment and talent management practices.Summary description:In addition to your recruitment role, you will support the Director of Human Resources in various HR projects, including coordinating annual evaluations, developing training programs, and managing issues related to working conditions.
